Hewlett-Packard will present WebOS-based tablet PC seems to be stuck until next year. Possible this is because the acquisition of Palm a few months ago.

The reason is one of the officials at HP have announced a Hewlett-Packard will release a tablet PC-based operating system Palm WebOS on the upcoming mid-year 2011. This is far from the rumor tablets will be attending this year.

“You’ll see us in the near future Microsoft products and products based WebOS in early 2011,” said Todd Bradley, head of HP’s Personal Systems Group, told PC World, Friday (08/20/2010).

Although not mentioned explicitly when the moon launch, but Bradley make sure HP will release tablets Windows will be aimed at corporate users, while the tablet WebOS will be oriented to consumer devices.

Tablet itself is only one of HP’s portfolio, the company is also planning a WebOS operating system will be used also for smartphones, netbooks, even printers that are connected with the web.
